What:     Internship Mentor’s Training
Why:     The Internship Mentor’s Training has an aim to give the mentors and companies practical skills in mentoring the interns for the time of the internship in their company. The mentoring as a process is occurring in a no formal manner, but this program intends to simplify the role of the mentor in the company through the mentoring methodology, orientation and ascertainment of the intern’s working tasks, as well as regular notifications of the remarked progress, success and areas which call for improvement. Through practical exercises, this training will help the mentors to direct the interns in the right way inside the business surrounding, to carry out a better communication, to gain skills in feedback give and take and evaluation of the results from the mutual cooperation in an objective manner.
