What:     Communication and Negotiation Skills Training
Why:     The basic aim of these trainings is gaining practical knowledge and abilities in verbal, nonverbal and written communication, business communication as well as making interns capable for an easier fit in the new work environment. This training also includes the fundamentals of negotiation skills with prospect employers, as well as giving and receiving feedback, or a return information on their own work. These aims will be fulfilled through work in small groups of audits, introduction to communication theories and accent over numerous practical exercises throughout which students can upgrade their own communication and negotiation skills.
