MY CAREER

The My Career program is established in March of 2009 with financial support of USAID Macedonia with the overall mission to reduce the unemployment in R. Macedonia and to facilitate the supply and demand of talented and qualified workforce. As of September 2010 My Career has been registered as non-governmental organization (NGO) and it is an apolitical and non-profit entity.

Committed to meet the corporate workforce needs My Career has developed the following service areas:

1.    Internship recruitment and placement

• Recruit talented candidates for company needs,
• Interviewing and selecting the internship and/or job seeking candidates,
• Evaluating the internship experience according the My Career internship methodology.

2.    Web Portal:

• Create profile on My Career portal,
• Advertise the company and its products/services
• Post internship/job announcements,
• Search job and internship seeking candidates,
• Matching of qualified candidates
• Participate in e-Career fairs,
• Up-load multimedia files and content,

3.    Consultancy and Training:

• Career Counselling and Advice for current and/or new recruits,
• Soft skills training
• In-house consultancy and mentorship on Human Resource Management.
• Training on organizing successful internship in the company according to the established methodology

My Career is established with financial assistance by USAID Mission in Macedonia and USAID Macedonia Competitiveness Project, supported by Ministry of Education and Labor and Social Policy, Municipalities and local partners.
